Deep Light Foundation(DLF) was born out of a deep-seated belief that every life holds immense value and potential. Founded in 2023, our organization began with a small group of passionate individuals determined to make a difference. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a network of dedicated volunteers, supporters, and partners, all united by a common goal: to bring hope to those who need it most.
Our journey has been marked by countless stories of transformation and triumph. From a child who received a scholarship and became the first in their family to attend college, to communities that have blossomed through our sustainable farming programs – these successes fuel our commitment to continue our work with unwavering dedication. Founder and President
NIYITEGEKA Benjamin
Benjamin Niyitegeka is a devoted Christian and youth mentor affiliated with Deep Light Fountain. Rooted in strong faith and a desire to serve, Benjamin seeks to be a beacon of light for the next generation. He values hard work, spiritual growth, and community empowerment. Through his involvement, he helps vulnerable children access quality education while encouraging them to build a strong relationship with God.

MUGABE Robert
Robert Mugabe is a dynamic and purpose-driven youth who serves as a passionate volunteer with Deep Light Fountain. With a calling to serve others through Christ, Robert invests in building the potential of underprivileged children. He believes in leading by example, driven by humility, compassion, and faith. Robert's involvement reflects his deep belief in transforming lives through education and love rooted in Christian values.

IMPUNDU laurine
Laurine Impundu is a vibrant and purpose-filled leader whose work with Deep Light Foundation reflects her devotion to serving others in Christ. With a compassionate heart, Laurine supports vulnerable children and promotes educational growth rooted in strong Christian values. She is driven by her faith and the belief that everyone has a God-given calling to impact lives. Laurine’s vision is to be a beacon of hope and excellence, using her gifts to glorify God and uplift her community.

UMUTONI Alia
Aliah Umutoni is a passionate young leader from Rwanda with a heart for positive change. Through Deep Light Foundation, she actively uplifts children from vulnerable backgrounds and promotes Christ-centred values in the community. Her deep faith in God drives her commitment to inspire hope and resilience in others. Aliah is dedicated to education, mental health awareness, and using her voice to influence future generations for the better.

Daniel NSHUTI
Daniel Nshuti is a determined and visionary Rwandan youth committed to restoring hope in vulnerable communities. As a devoted servant at Deep Light Foundation, he uses his passion for mentorship, education, and faith to empower the next generation. Daniel believes in the power of Christ to heal and transform lives and strives to be a living example of leadership, humility, and purpose. His life goal is to inspire young people to realize their potential and rise above life’s challenges through the light of Christ.
